This version includes "The Last Footage" a 47-minute compilation of deleted scenes assembled by Lynch himself seamlessly added to the original cut of the movie. The footage had long been teased by Lynch, who announced back in 2011 that previously last footage from an early "'Blue Velvet" rough cut had been discovered. Enjoy "Blue Velvet" in its mast uncut form.
